He developed IGT’s RFPA (Request for Proposal Analysis) program and coined the phrase “Technology Agent” to describe IGT’s consultant services it provides.

With over 14 years of web technologies development experience, based out of Washington DC, Mr. Gluecksmann is considered an expert in Web 2.0 marketing strategies and virtual community building. His work covers virtual collaboration technologies, web systems analysis, and consulting firms on the ins and outs of off-shoring and outsourcing web services.

Mickey has  over ten years of experience in the Internet industry, consolidating network resources, and building and maintaining reliable, available networks, and emergency management.  Under his management, the networks were able to maintain continuous service through September 11th as well as the NorthEast blackout.  Previously, Mickey was a Director of Engineering at NTT/Verio.

Mickey Panayiotakis is a DC-based IT consultant who has worked for a variety of nonprofit and for-profit organizations since 1995. He is an experienced project manager and specializes in building and managing IP networks and data centers. He is currently the IT director for Grassroots.org
